Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how OrangePro, Inc. ("TestMojo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you visit our website, https://testmojo.ai ("Site"), use our services, or interact with our AI-powered tools and applications (including our ChatGPT application). By accessing or using the Site or any of our services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and GitHub account details necessary to provide our services.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our Site, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.
Behavioral Analytics, Heatmaps, and Session Replay: We use Microsoft Clarity and PostHog to understand navigation patterns, clicks, scrolling, section visibility, and where visitors encounter friction. Session replays reconstruct page interactions for usability analysis. We mask form inputs, email addresses, repository URLs, and chatbot text, and we do not intentionally capture source code or the content entered into these fields in behavioral analytics events or replay recordings.
Repository Data: When you connect a repository, we access pull request metadata, commit messages, and related artifacts solely to provide QA analysis. We do not store your source code.
AI Tool Interaction Data: When you interact with our services through AI-powered tools (such as our ChatGPT application), we may receive and process the text you submit, including questions about our QA platform, product features, and services. This data is used to provide the requested service and respond to your inquiries. Your inputs may also be processed by third-party AI platforms, including OpenAI, in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not permanently store conversational data unless necessary for customer support, security, or legal compliance.
Contact and Enquiry Data: When you submit a contact or enquiry form through our app or website, we may collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and any details you include in your message. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and follow up about our services.
Appointment Booking Data: When you book a demo, call, or meeting through our app, we collect your name, email address, and phone number, along with your preferred date and time. This information is used to schedule and confirm your appointment.
Cookies & Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and understand usage patterns.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; to communicate with you about your account and product updates; to detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Sharing
We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (such as hosting, analytics, and payment processing), and when required by law or to protect our rights. All service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Our website analytics providers include Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, and our first-party traffic analytics service. These providers process limited device, referral, navigation, interaction, and session information according to their respective privacy terms and our configured masking controls.
To produce aggregate operational reports, we retain privacy-filtered event names, page paths, pseudonymous browser and session identifiers, conversion receipt IDs, and a limited allowlist of interaction metadata. The reports are aggregate; the underlying event records are pseudonymous, not anonymous. We do not include form values, email addresses, repository URLs, source code, company names, or chatbot content in this event store.
Our services may also operate through third-party AI platforms, including OpenAI, which processes user inputs submitted through our ChatGPT application under its own terms and privacy policies. OpenAI's privacy policy can be found at openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.
Optional OpenAI Ad Measurement
Allow OpenAI ad measurement
Optional and off by default. If you allow it and we accept a PR evaluation request linked to an OpenAI ad, TestMojo may send OpenAI the ad-click reference, a random event ID, the request time, and our website address without query parameters or fragments to measure whether the ad led to that request. This server event does not include your name, email, phone number, hashes of those details, IP address, or browser user agent.
We save only this choice in this browser's local storage. It applies to future PR evaluation requests from this browser until you change it here or clear the preference. Submitting a form does not turn it on. You can contact us and book a meeting with this setting off. This setting controls only OpenAI ad measurement; our site analytics are described above.
If you arrive through an OpenAI ad, its link may contain an ad-click reference called oppref. Before our page loads analytics, we remove that reference from the visible URL and hold a valid reference only in this page's memory, eligible for sharing for 30 minutes. We do not save the reference in cookies, local storage, or session storage. It is lost when the page is reloaded or left; in-site navigation to this preference page preserves the same page memory. This limited capture lets us remove it from the address before offering a choice about sharing it.
We check this browser's current preference when you submit an evaluation request and again if you retry. Missing, invalid, or inaccessible preferences leave this measurement off. We do not load the OpenAI browser Pixel for this flow.
You can request an evaluation without agreeing. We exclude test requests and respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals for this measurement. On pages carrying an ad-click reference, or with one in their referrer, we suppress third-party page analytics and session-replay scripts so they cannot read the browser's retained original URL. Calendar booking uses an isolated frame on those pages. Our first-party event records retain only allowlisted interaction details, clean page paths, and random browser, session, and event IDs; they may include validated campaign tags from the cleaned current URL, but do not include the ad-click reference.
Turning this setting off prevents measurement for future requests. Turning it off before retrying the same request also stops an unsent server event where possible; it cannot recall data already transmitted. Turning it on does not upgrade a request first submitted with measurement off. OpenAI processes measurement data under its privacy policy.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Typical retention periods include:
Account data: For the duration of the account plus 1 year after closure.
Contact and enquiry data: Up to 2 years after last contact.
Appointment booking data: Up to 12 months after the scheduled meeting.
Usage data and cookies: As defined by our analytics provider settings; first-party privacy-filtered event data is retained only as long as needed for product analysis and operational reporting.
Conversational data from AI interactions: Up to 30 days unless required longer for security or legal reasons.
When personal data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also opt out of marketing communications and manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
You also have the right to request a copy of your data in a portable format where technically feasible. We will respond to all privacy requests within 30 days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date.
